How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, shipping times range from 12 to 15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, Teddy is Calling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been successfully delivered.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can use this link to check the status and estimated delivery of your package.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase but we understand that sometimes issues can arise. However, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $140. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of $10.99 will apply.
